PreSchool (Ages 2-6 )
- Younger Class: 2–3.5 Years Old
- Older Class: 3.5–6 Years Old
Our program fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence through a balance of play, exploration, and age-appropriate learning experiences in a caring and supportive environment.

TK Before & After School
Designed for Transitional Kindergarten students, our TK program provides a safe, nurturing environment before and after the school day. Current DCA preschool students receive priority enrollment for after-school spaces.
Program Options:
- Before School: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- After School: Noon – 6:00 PM
- Before & After School: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (subject to transportation availability)
Transportation available for select schools.
Lunch available for AM students.
Meals & Nutrition
At DCA, we support healthy growth through nutritious meals and snacks. Our hot lunches are freshly prepared on-site each day, providing children with balanced, wholesome meals in a caring environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is Daniel Christian Academy open throughout the calendar year?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The school observes all national holidays, as well as Spring Break and Winter Break.
Do children need to be potty trained before enrolling at Daniel Christian Academy?
No. Children are not required to be fully potty trained before enrollment. However, a potty training fee applies to children in the 2–3.5 year old class who still require diapers or pull-ups.
Which schools are served by the after-school transportation program?
Lila Bringhurst Elementary and John Gomes Elementary
Can TK students from other schools enroll in before or afterschool programs?
Yes, students from other schools are welcome with self-arranged transportation.
What happens when public schools are closed during the school year?
Enrolled TK students may attend DCA for a full day at no additional charge on public school closure days during the regular school year.
Are there any additional fees for TK after-school transportation services?
Yes, a transportation fee of $10 per ride applies and is paid directly to the driver.
